Our bed and breakfast house is situated in the delightful market town of Ulverston on the edge of the Lake District National Park, just 20 miles to Windermere and close to Cumbria's many places of interest. If you like walking we are minutes from the start of the Cumbrian Way and open countryside. It will take you 5 minutes to walk into town where there are many pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. More than just a B&B we have 2 newly converted en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin with television and coffee making facilities plus a kitchenette for you to use including a fridge, freezer, toaster and combination microwave. |

| In with your room rate we provide complimentary help yourself breakfast of cereals and toast in your kitchenette. Alternatively full English breakfast is available on request at an extra cost. Served in our upstairs sunroom/dining room. | |

| If you are a family of 4/5, 2 couples or 4 friends away together you will then have the lower floor of our house to yourselves with separate enterance and privacy to come and go as you please. | |

There is off road parking, patio and decking area plus spacious lawn area ideal for the young to burn off excess energy. If you are on business or working in the area, we can consider short or long stay accommodation. |
